Come Join Us For Cardio Boot Camp

Come out and join us at Veteran Memorial Park (14333 Hicks Rd Hudson, FL 34669) @ 6pm to join the fun of Cardio Boot Camp. We sweat and get our heart beat up while having fun and being out in nature. We are located behind the "Adult Playground" (The workout Equipment) , to the right of the swing set if you were coming from the parking lot. Each class is $10 and must be paid inside to the parks and recs people. I can modify any exercise to fit your needs so whether you have a bad back, a preexisting knee injury, or ankle issues; you are welcome to come join the class. I can modify so you can come out and join us!
